You may change or cancel your order by contacting us the same day before the order is processed. The fastest way is to text our Customer Support Team at 346-316-8170

If you miss this grace period, no worries! We are committed to ensuring that you find your perfect fit and offer hassle-free exchanges. If you want to change your order, we recommend placing a new order to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible.

First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any “attempted delivery” notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don’t see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers’ electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it’s still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

If the carrier is unable to provide a resolution please contact our Customer Care Center at 346-316-8170. When packages have been marked as delivered, we try our best to work with customers for a solution.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Refunds will be granted within 14 days of the purchase. No exchanges at this time. If you desire to change sizes it’s no problem at all, just replace your order. You can email 📧 nowigglenojiggle.com with your return tracking and order # and we will issue a refund right away.

Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems or we mailed the wrong size and or color. In that case we will pay for a second shipping.

The product must be in new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their original packaging. We simply ask that you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

* In most cases, we can only process one return or exchange for each order. For your benefit, please carefully consider all the products you need to return.

After any order is placed, we wait until the order has been processed with the bank then we ship. This is normally 2 days or less. Total shipping should be 7 days or less unless something went wrong. We try our best to get items packaged and in the mail in 3 days or less!

We apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to nowigglenojiggle@gmail.com or 346-316-8170 with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 15 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
