**Shipping Policy Overview**

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, we'll begin processing them on the next business day. If you don't see your confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please check your spam folder.
Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding any weekends and federal holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Any in-stock orders submitted by noon EST on weekdays will be processed and shipped within three business days. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
We want you to know that we strive to ship your orders as soon as possible. While we aim to ship your order the next day, there may be instances where this is not feasible. Although we provide delivery time estimates, we cannot guarantee them. Generally, you can expect to receive your package within 4 to 8 business days. Please allow an additional 1-4 business days for us to update your tracking information. Please note that tracking details may not be updated immediately; however, rest assured that your order is on its way.
Additionally, please note that any applicable taxes, import fees, or customs charges are the recipient's responsibility. If you choose to ignore or abandon your shipment, please be aware that we won't be able to process a refund. We recommend checking if your country has any mandatory customs charges before proceeding.
**Delayed Packages**
We're excited to ship your order to the address you provided! To ensure a seamless delivery, please double-check that all your details are accurate, as we cannot redirect packages or issue refunds once the order has been submitted.
While we provide estimated delivery times, they are subject to change. Our trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), may experience delays that are beyond our control. We truly appreciate your understanding if packages take a little longer than expected to arrive. Additionally, please note that we cannot offer refunds for shipping costs in the event of delays caused by adverse weather conditions.
If your order isn't delivered on time, we suggest contacting the carrier for updates. If tracking does not update within 21 days, the package will be considered missing, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that edits or returns can only be processed for orders that have been successfully received and processed.
**Incorrect Addresses**
Please note that the delivery address you provide must be accurate. Once an order is placed, we are unable to redirect packages or process refunds. If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address—such as errors in apartment or house numbers, street names, or other details—we may not be able to provide a refund. Therefore, we kindly request that you confirm all information is correct.
