When I tell you these leggings hold you in all the right places! I have lost a significant amount of weight and regular legging have me adjusting and readjusting in the gym after every squat. Mountain Climbers in regular leggings are out of the question, but with these, I don't have to worry about my back and butt crack showing. I really need two pair because I wear these everywhere lol.
